ABOUT WASHINGTON STRATEGY COLLECTIVE
Washington Strategy Collective was founded to solve a problem founder Jaye Washington saw again and again: organizations with brilliant strategies that never quite made it off the page.
The gap wasn't vision - it was execution. Leaders knew what they wanted to build but needed a partner who could design the program, plan the conference, structure the campaign, and manage it through to completion.
WSC exists to bridge that gap. We bring the strategic rigor C-suite executives expect with the operational expertise to actually build and execute what's been imagined. From fellowship program design to 400-person industry convenings to multi-month campaign strategies, we translate organizational priorities into tangible results.
Every engagement is led personally by Jaye Washington, with a curated network of specialists brought in to match your specific needs. This model ensures you get senior-level attention throughout while accessing deep expertise exactly where your project requires it.
What makes WSC different: We're not pure strategists who hand you a deck. We're not pure operators who execute without thinking. We're both - which means you get frameworks that are brilliant and buildable, strategies that account for real-world constraints, and execution that stays true to the original vision.
